We made the booking with little concern because of the distance from city center, but it came out as a blessing. Public transport available to City center and airport with in 5 minute walk. Great place for budget travelers and great place to stay for mderate travelers with excellent bigger cleaner rooms with an excellent restaurant in property. Some childrens attractions with pool in the property which we didn't experienced as we are older. Very FRIENDLY STAFF lined up to answerer our questions and helped guiding. Experience country living without any additional effort. Remember we are not talking about any glamorous, colorful Las vegas style living, please note.

Lovely hotel and has all amenities within the hotel itself , on the outskirts of Ashbourne which itself is a nice town. Food great and not too expensive either. Had dinner and breakfast and no faults. Very well organised family hotel. Kids entertainment well advertised and the lady running it came round and dinner to invite children upstairs. Pool an cheating areas all clean and well kept.

We booked a family room for 2 adults & 3 children. Room was very clean, cosy and spacious with good AC too. Lovely soap in the bathrooms and plenty of extra towels provided. Pool was lovely. Time slots have to be booked in advance through the hotel website but it wasn't overcrowded when fully booked. Clean, fun and lifeguards were friendly but very vigilant. Bar food menu was very good and overall food was great. Staff again were fantastic, so friendly, helpful and in control. Overall a great few days away with the pool, the food and the fantastic staff being the highlights. Will definitely visit again.

The family room was quite comfortable for 6 people, including 3 children aged 8, 10, and 12. The single beds were not fixed, so they moved around with a bigger motion. The pool was nice. The children’s swimming lessons took up some space in the pool area, but there was still plenty of room. Breakfast was plentiful with many options, though a more professional coffee machine would be an improvement. I paid €344 for one night, which is not cheap but also not completely unreasonable.

Easy to access pool without a booking. My kids really enjoyed this and I enjoyed watching them from.thr hot tub. We had a truly delicious evening meal from the bar area. There was plenty of complimentary tea and coffee and comfortable beds. I liked that the hotel makes an effort to recycle and there was water refill stations rather than using bathtap water for tea. Room not too stuffy or overheated. Friendly staff and a warm welcome

Evening entertainment for the kids, very close to emerald park. Pool was clean. Lovely breakfast with a wide selection of choice for all. Beds very comfortable and no noise from the rooms close to us. We had a very pleasant stay and we will be back again.

The hotel is in a great location and is a terrific establishment. Great rooms Really liked the additional needs stickers at reception - my daughter is autistic and, although she didn't feel the need to make use of them, we were both impressed at the inclusivity and sensitivity.

Booked this for rest & recreation with family including 3 kids (ages 0-6). Good spot from few shops, garage and restaurants from town (about 5-8 minutes drive). Great location from Emerald Park (about 7-8 minutes drive), Dublin Zoo (25-30mins drive). Spacious family room. Good to have complimentary water hydration station on the floor. We only had lunch in the restaurant, not much options to choose from, but good value for money and huge portions. They have a sensory place (which we didnt have time for), arcade station and Game room for PS5 or Xbox, which my boys loved. Although it's pricey for €20 for 45mins. Swimming pool area and changing room was good, had to book this online and beforehand. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Free carparking helps too.
